30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to the "Order History" section.
- Find the order you want to return and click on "Return Item(s)".
- Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
- Print the provided return label and securely pack your items.
- Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
